We have adopted a more environmentally friendly approach by offering a digital delegate goody bag. Introduced last year with great success, this virtual format allows attendees to access promotional content via QR code. We invite exhibitors to include incentives such as discount codes, free items, or digital materials. The goody bag will also feature key information about the event, venue, and speaker presentations.
Thank you for your participation—we look forward to welcoming you to Oxford!
We are pleased to share that this year’s conference has seen a record number of exhibitor submissions. Following careful consideration, we have selected five exhibitors whose offerings best align with the interests and needs of our delegates.
At the Oxford Biomechanics Conference, we prioritise quality over quantity, ensuring a focused and engaging experience for both delegates and exhibitors. This curated approach offers greater opportunity for meaningful conversations and enhanced visibility for your products and services.
Each exhibitor stand will include the following:
We kindly ask that any additional furniture or display items be brought by the exhibitor. Please be considerate of the space allocated and your neighbouring exhibitors. Note that tablecloths and branded display materials are not provided.
You will find a map below indicating the location of your stand. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Andrea at andrea@run3d.co.uk.
Exhibitors may drop off equipment, products, or other large items by car at Trinity College, using the designated drop-off gate on Parks Road. We have secured special access to the Levine Building from 7:00 AM on the morning of the conference (Friday, 29th September). Please do not attempt to arrive before this time, as access will not be permitted.
To manage traffic and ensure smooth logistics, only one vehicle is permitted in the drop-off area at a time. As such, you are required to book a drop-off slot in advance by emailing your preferred time to Andrea (andrea@run3d.co.uk).
Time slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Available time slots are:
Important Notes:
If you are not arriving by car, please use the main entrance to Trinity College via the Porters’ Lodge on Broad Street (refer to the map in Stand Info). A Run3D representative will be available to direct you or meet you upon arrival.
If you require any of the above options or additional support, please inform us in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements. For any immediate assistance, contact Andrea directly at +44 7808 838 672.

While exhibitors are welcome to be present throughout the day, the most active opportunities for delegate interaction will occur during the scheduled breaks. Please note that times may vary slightly:
During all sessions, exhibitors are warmly invited to attend and enjoy the conference presentations in the main auditorium.
Following the final session, we invite all exhibitors to join us for post-conference drinks in the Garden Room, located opposite the Levine Building. We kindly ask that all exhibitor displays be dismantled by 7:00 PM.
Please note: Storage of equipment or materials overnight in the Levine
Building is not permitted.
