We specialise in treating and preventing a wide range of foot problems, including general foot care, diabetic foot care, verruca advice, nail surgery, heel and foot pain, and biomechanical and gait analysis. Many of our patients come for straightforward chiropody, but we also complete footcare for those with medically vulnerable feet, perhaps for those with diabetes or at risk of ulceration.
An appointment with one of our expert podiatrists will help you towards enjoying comfortable and healthy feet.
Many patients have pain in their feet or lower limbs, and we have a specialist biomechanical and gait laboratory for the treatment and amelioration of these conditions.
In the Practice, we are very proud of our infection control regime, particularly in response to Covid. Any procedure using instruments (for example during nail cutting) puts you at risk of infection. All our instruments undergo rigorous cleaning and are vacuum sterilised in sealed pouches prior to use, as demanded by our medical College and the HCPC. We have a rigorous cleaning programme in the practice itself and have installed HEPA-filtered air in the clinic rooms to remove airborne particles which may contain infective viruses.
Overall, we offer our patients a professional and competitive service based on the latest podiatric medicine, in comfortable and friendly surroundings. All our practitioners are qualified at BSc Level and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. We are an Age UK Dementia Aware practice.
