Assess your running health and ensure you are fit to run
What is it?
The assessment includes a medical history to discuss any running issues, your training and your general health. This is followed by an objective analysis of your strength, flexibility, motor-control and stability and then a visual gait analysis of you running on the treadmill.
Who is it for?
New and recreational runners, including those who are increasing their training to help prevent injuries and improve running technique.
What do I get?
A report showing the results of your musculoskeletal tests, which will be discussed with you. A rehabilitation programme to address any issues identified. Running technique advice. Further treatment recommendations if necessary.
